Arjun was born and raised in San Diego, California. He then moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, graduating with an NAAB accredited Bachelor of Architecture degree. Arjun enjoys working on projects that provide an opportunity to improve the livelihood of the community that raised him, as well as projects that have the potential to help the planet endure a long and prosperous future. Additionally, he is interested in the archaeological-like nature of historic renovation projects.
At Platt/Whitelaw Architects, his responsibilities include producing construction documents and design packages, along with assisting project managers and architects in their means of conveying design. His projects include public and recreational facilities, as well as wastewater treatment plants and emergency temporary housing facilities.
When he’s not in the office, Arjun likes to enjoy cooking, being outdoors, and creating and listening to music.
