Platt/Whitelaw Principal Thomas Brothers Cochairs AIA SD Committee on the Environment
We’re proud of our firm Principal Thomas Brothers for cochairing the American Institute of Architects San Diego Chapter’s Committee on the Environment (COTE).
Time and time again, Thomas shows commitment to sharing best practices with his contemporaries and the next generation of architects. He’s taught sustainable design at NewSchool of Architecture & Design and served as an ACE mentor to high school students.
His COTE cochair role affords him additional opportunities to make a difference and, specifically, a chance to promote COTE’s mission of propagating “design practices that integrate built and natural systems and enhance both the design quality and environmental performance of the built environment.”
