Iskcon Temple Complex

PWA developed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) planning documents for a Temple complex as part of design services to ISKCON of Escondido. The Temple was designed in the traditional Vedic style of India, based on the Owner’s concepts, elevations and floor plans. The 3-acre project includes a 6500 SF temple; a 5100 SF dining and residential hall; a children's play area; traditional gardens; water features and fountains; fire mitigation; irrigation system; parking and public right of way improvements. There are also improvements being done to provide services for designated residential plots adjacent to the temple.
