Our client retained Platt/Whitelaw to assess existing conditions of the 5,240 sf building in San Diego and recommend possible uses for the property with limited tenant improvements. The building was then renovated into two shell spaces with one of the spaces occupied by a Dental Clinic. The other is assumed to be occupied by another, to be determined, tenant. We also completed construction documents, and construction support for this project.
