North County Health Services (NCHS) is a private non-profit healthcare corporation providing services to residents of North San Diego County. NCHS provides health services such as medical, dental and eye care, pediatric medical care, and women’s health services. The non-profit wanted to expand services to the treatment population and better accommodate growing needs. With NCHS staff input, Platt/Whitelaw developed conceptual site plan options to accommodate growth and provided complete architectural services for tenant improvements.
